Continue your private Pilates tuition with a friend or family member with a 2-1 follow up appointment. These follow up sessions will give you extra help & support with your technique whether you’re new to Pilates, looking to improve, or using it for rehabilitation following injury or surgery. Please ensure you have attended an initial appointment prior to booking our block of follow up sessions.
