Athletes have access to attend both series and locations up to 3 classes per week.

Shooting Academy at Palolo Elementary

📍 Wednesdays

4:15pm-5:15pm Pre-K (Summer Foundations Course)

5:00pm-6:00pm K-3rd

📍 Fridays

4:00pm-5:00pm 4th-6th

5:15pm-6:16pm 7th-12th

📍 Saturdays

8:30am-9:00am Pre-K (Summer Foundations Course)

9:15am-10:15am 7th-12th

10:30am-11:30am 4th-6th

11:45am-12:45pm  K-3rd 

Students will work on:

  • Proper shooting mechanics

  • Footwork into game shots

  • Game-speed repetition

  • Shot confidence and how to work through missed shots

Pressure Academy at Hanalani School

📍 Sundays

10:30am-11:30am 7th-12th

11:45am-12:45pm K-3rd

1:00pm-2:00pm 4th-6th 

Students will work on:

  • Ball handling: Ball control and change of pace to handle pressure and create separation off the dribble

  • Defense: On ball defense to stay locked in, apply pressure, and contain the ball

Beyond basketball, we focus on developing character and faith through:

🙏 Prayer – each session is grounded in gratitude and faith. We begin by giving thanks, sharing testimonies, and praying together

📖 Scripture – applying God’s Word to sports and life

📓 Journaling – reflecting, building emotional awareness, and setting goals
