TAKI FIT Summer Session
TAKI FIT's Summer Session Classes are offered 3-4x per week with flexible attendance at any location.
A strong foundation starts here. Our program is beginner-friendly while delivering a high-quality, structured training experience for all levels, Pre-K through 6th grade. Athletes will train in an organized, positive environment that focuses on fundamentals, self control, and growth—helping every player improve at an appropriate pace for their level while building a solid foundation for basketball and life!
Enrollment: April 1-May 30
Training Locations & Schedule
Athletes have access to attend both locations up to 3-4 classes per week.
Grades: Pre K-6th GradeSession
Duration: June 3-July 26 (No class on 7/4)
Location: Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays at Palolo Elementary Sundays at Hanalani School (Sprung, covered court)
Schedule: We recommended attending at least 2-4x a week for best results!
Pre-K: 30, 30 min sessions K-3rd Grade: 23, 1hr sessions 4th-6th Grade: 23, 1hr sessions

Pre-K Classes Include:
Listening & Following Directions: Building focus, self-control, and classroom readiness
Teamwork & Encouragement: Taking turns, sharing, and lifting one another up
Motor Skill Development: Balance, Coordination, Hand-eye coordination
Confidence: Celebrating effort, not just performance
K-6th Classes Include:
Shooting: Proper shooting mechanics, footwork into game shot, game-speed repetition (WED/FRI + SAT)
Ball handling: Ball control and change of pace to handle pressure and create separation off the dribble (SUN)
Defense: On ball defense to stay locked in, apply pressure, and contain the ball (SUN)
Life Skills: Listening and following instructions, self control, team work, celebrating effort over performance
Beyond basketball, we focus on developing character and faith through:
🙏 Prayer – each session is grounded in gratitude and faith. We begin by giving thanks, sharing testimonies, and praying together
📖 Scripture – applying God’s Word to sports and life
📓 Journaling – reflecting, building emotional awareness, and setting goals (K-6th only)

This ensures every player is ready to train and easily identifiable for coaches during sessions.
Enrollment: $500.00 SAVE $25 when you enroll with 1x payment. Last day to enroll is 5/30/26.
$175/mon for 3 months. Billing periods are 1 month from date of purchase for 3 months and will automatically stop after 3 billing cycles.

Summer Shot Lab
TAKI FIT's Summer Shot Lab is a structured, high-repetition development program designed for middle school and high school athletes who want to become confident, consistent, game-ready shooters.
Grades: 7th-12th Grade Training (1x/Week)
We train you once a week—so you can develop all week. Building responsibility, initiative, and the habits needed to reach your goals.
7, 1hr Sessions-$315.00
What’s included:
Organized, structured shooting training
Weekly Workout plan to follow at home
Accountability through progress tracking
Focus on building consistency, confidence, and discipline
Each athlete will receive a weekly workout log and structured at-home assignments to reinforce development throughout the week. This ensures improvement doesn’t stop when the session ends—it continues all summer long.
Shooting Curriculum
Proper shooting form and consistency
Catch-and-shoot efficiency
Movement shooting (relocation, curls, and cuts)
Off-the-dribble shot creation
Game-speed decision making
Shooting under pressure and fatigue
This is not a random workout—each session follows a progressive system that builds proper shooting mechanics, game-speed repetition, and the ability to score under pressure.
Training Locations & Schedule: Classes are on Saturdays starting 6/6-7/25. No Class on 7/4.
