Basic Additional Child Add-On Membership

TAKI FIT 's Basic Additional Child Membership is an add-on for families with more than 1 child.

If you have multiple children participating in TAKI FIT, first sign up for either an Unlimited or Basic Single Membership.

Then add on additional family members using either a Basic or Unlimited Additional Child Membership. An Unlimited or Basic Membership can only be paired with an Additional Child Add-On Membership. Class Packages cannot be used with Additional Child Add-On Memberships. Membership will be billed every month from date of purchase and can be cancelled at anytime.

This membership is great for athletes who want to improve their skill sets on a semi consistent basis. Membership allows 4 class entries and free pickup game access. Membership will be billed every month from date of purchase and can be cancelled at anytime.

Basic Monthly Subscription Includes:
-4 Classes/Mon
-Pickup Games Access (Pickup games on Saturday @ Nu'uanu Elementary, check schedule for your age's playing time)

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Unused Classes/Entries
*Unused class and pickup game entries will not roll over to next month's billing cycle.
*TAKI FIT will not issue refunds once a payment has been processed. *

2. Membership Holds
*Maximum of 3 Hold requests per calendar year.*
*Hold periods must be a minimum of 14 days and up to 60 days*
*Please allow 5 days processing time.
*TAKI FIT will not issue refunds once a payment has been processed, so be sure to check your confirmation email and notify TAKI FIT if changes need to be made to your hold request. *
