And for our New Year participants, we GUARANTEE you will hit the body composition goal, or you stay with us for FREE until you do.
This is going to be a life changing program, where we will focus on three conditions to help you meet your body composition goal. If you hit three conditions, you earn 6 weeks FREE then a discounted rate, reserved for Challenge Members only ($50 off the Unlimited pricing for up to 6 payments).
1. Fitness: Attend a MINIMUM of 3 workouts per week, but you can attend more if it works for you! We offer classes 7 days a week.
2. Nutrition: Attend your nutrition consultation with your trainer prior to your start date. You'll complete a body scan, learn to track macros, and receive a simple, yet effective, nutrition packet with a recipe book. One meal photo required per day but most members find more success if they log all of their food!
3. Accountability: Your trainer will be reaching out often to make sure you’re keeping up! You’ll use an app to help you stay connected and track your food. With the guidance of your trainer, you'll work hard to hit a body composition goal that is challenging, but doable in the 6-week period. Depending on your goals, it may be a body fat %, weight loss or lean muscle goal.
