PREPARE
Prepare to Lift is a 6-week beginner-friendly course designed to give you everything you need to start lifting confidently and safely in the gym. Perfect for anyone new to strength training, or those looking to improve their technique and get more from their workouts, this programme focuses on teaching the fundamental lifts and building strong movement foundations.
Each week includes a coach-led session where you’ll learn and practise proper form for key lifts such as the squat, deadlift, lunge, bench press, and overhead press, with expert guidance to ensure safe and effective technique. Alongside this, you’ll complete programmed practice workouts that are supervised by a coach, helping you consolidate your learning, build confidence, and develop consistency in your training.
Throughout the course, you’ll also gain a better understanding of training methods, recovery, and how to progress your lifting over time. Prepare to Lift is designed to move you beyond the typical one-off gym induction, giving you structured support, accountability, and the confidence to train independently and effectively. It’s the perfect first step into strength training and sets you up to progress into more advanced lifting classes and personalised programmes

Open gym membership for the full 6 weeks, giving you the freedom to come in and practise the lifts you learned in your previous session

Once you’ve completed Prepare to Lift, there are several ways to continue progressing depending on your goals and the level of support you’d like:
Additional 4-Week Progression Course - Build on your foundations with a focused 4-week course covering plyometrics, power development, and Olympic lifting techniques. Ideal for those looking to improve athletic performance and develop more advanced lifting skills. £50 one-off payment
Gym with Coach Guidance - A more supported option for those who want continued structure and accountability. Includes full gym access, a personalised training programme delivered through an app, and monthly coach catch-ups to review progress and make sure you’re staying on track to achieve your goals. £55 per month
Open Gym Membership - Continue training independently with full access to the gym, giving you the space and equipment to keep practising and progressing at your own pace. £45 per month
