Based on what you are looking for, we will give you the opportunity to work on all of our Pilates equipment and give you a chance to experience the different options we can offer.
We have a number of instructors who specialise in different areas, whether that be rehabilitation, performance, post-natal etc. We have Reformer classes, Mat classes and Bespoke sessions using a full-range of Pilates equipment.
By the end of the session, you will have a clear idea of which class, instructor and package would suit you best.
