Welcome to Winchester Pilates Studio.

Your 30-minute Initial Assessment will allow you to chat with us about your medical history and what you would like to achieve with us.

Based on what you are looking for, we will give you the opportunity to work on all of our Pilates equipment and give you a chance to experience the different options we can offer.

We have a number of instructors who specialise in different areas, whether that be rehabilitation, performance, post-natal etc. We have Reformer classes, Mat classes and Bespoke sessions using a full-range of Pilates equipment.

By the end of the session, you will have a clear idea of which class, instructor and package would suit you best.
