This package entitles you access to:
3x Semi-Private Personal Training Sessions - these sessions are small groups, designed to keep your training personal without the £200 per month fee. We train multiple energy systems and ensure you're getting the very best out of each session. They are a great investment into your future as they reduce the rate of osteoporosis and sarcopenia.

1x Team Training Session - a little more high energy, high paced and a right good laugh on the weekend. Personal Bests don't count on at the Bootcamp sessions, they are all about getting your heart rate up and setting yourself up for a brilliant weekend.

Exclusive access to our Vault - this is jam packed with nutritional videos, advice on tracking your progress, how to identify bad habits and how to create new, healthy habits and so much more.

Terms and Conditions

This membership will entitle the purchaser to a partial or complete discount on events/classes offered by the business for Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 7 days. If the start date of this membership has already passed, it will not be prorated for partial months/days, meaning the price is the same regardless of when purchased. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. See the details above for more information.

***Commitment and Attitude Agreement***

You have volunteered to participate in a programme of physical exercise under the instruction of The Transformation Trainer. Training may include, but is not limited to, weight and/or resistance training, cardiovascular training, and floor mat exercises.

The Transformation Trainer agrees to instruct, assist and train you.

A large portion of your success will be based on your commitment to follow instruction, changing your lifestyle, and your attitude towards the fitness programme. Unfortunately, The Transformation Trainer cannot guarantee results, but your willingness to work hard will improve the opportunity of success.

You must notify us of any pre-existing medical condition or injury. We are not trained medical professionals. Before you undertake any vigorous exercise program, you should consult your doctor. If you believe there is any risk to your health from doing any of our exercises, you must notify us immediately.

It is your responsibility to advise us of any changes to your health status that may alter your ability to perform your prescribed exercise program. You are advised to reschedule a session if suffering from any infections or contagious illness, disease or other ailment or whilst suffering from any physical ailment such as open cuts or sores or minor infections where there is a risk, however small, to your trainer/s and other members and guests. We reserve the right to cancel or discontinue a session if we feel that starting or continuing the session may be detrimental to your health, safety, comfort or physical condition

You understand that during any training session provided by us, there is a possibility you may suffer an injury as a result of participation in the agreed physical activity program.

***Late / No-Show / Cancellation Agreement***

My main goal is to provide the best possible service to my clients.

All sessions must be booked in via the app in order to attend. You can book up to 30 minutes prior to the session commencement.

You agree to turn up to sessions 10 minutes before scheduled commencing times to receive a debriefing as well as warm up. Each training session will last for 45 minutes to 60 minutes. You agree to dress in appropriate workout clothing during all sessions, including but not limited to training shoes, tracksuit pants and a t-shirt - ensure you bring a water bottle.

Sessions will generally be 45 - 60 minutes long and consist of a warm-up and main workout, unless otherwise arranged. Please be on time for your appointments. If you are late for a session it will still end at the scheduled time.

Due to this schedule it is important that you give The Transformation Trainer sufficient notice when you need to cancel an appointment. This means a cancellation should be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled session. Should you wish to reschedule an appointment, a minimum of 1 hour notice is required. I will do my best to accommodate this - I understand that emergencies happen.

The booking app has a nighttime cancellation feature. If you are due to attend a 6am or 6:30am class, but you need to reschedule or cancel, then you need to do so before 11pm the night prior to your session. If you cancel between 11pm - 6am, it will go down as a late cancellation.

If you get two late cancellations or two no-shows within 5 days of each other without an appropriate reason/explanation, the app will remove your from your bookings for the next 5 days.

The Transformation Trainer reserves the right to refuse entry.
