This purchase is for six online (Zoom) group Pilates matwork classes in the comfort of your own home, to be used over a 7 week period where classes are running on a usual schedule- see terms and conditions for more details. Online sessions are often considered inferior and just save time in travel, but this is not our experience. With a well set up camera and light room, your instructor will be able to pinpoint the areas that you are lacking or have restricted movement and develop a tailored workout to the participants in the class. In many ways, this is more effective as the instructor is less distracted by the many social elements to in-person group classes and can focus fully on movement and restrictions they encounter through the frame of a screen.

Terms and Conditions
These sessions must be used within 7 weeks in which a full program of classes are running or will automatically expire. If you are unable to use your session due to a cancellation (holiday periods, illness with no cover or technical failure) on our part your time will be extended automatically. Sessions are non-transferable between clients.
Please ensure that your technology is set up in advance of the class and that you have space to move. You ideally need to find a place where the camera can see you standing full length as well as lying on a mat also full length, and although you don't need to see your instructor throughout the class, you will need to see demonstrations from time to time.
Online sessions are through the Zoom platform and we are happy to schedule a brief Zoom call to check your space and connection is suitable. Any technology failure on your part will be your responsibility to fix without interrupting the class. If you have been unable to resolve your issue and rejoin the class, we will call you at a later time to see if this has been sorted- not all wifi is equal so please ensure you are able e to do Zoom calls. Any failure of technology from studio.life will be rectified as soon as possible unless you receive a message otherwise, so please remain in the class and bear with us. If the problem can not be sorted easily, you will notified, re-credited the class and your block will be extended by a further week.
