The Boutique Group Training classes use Pilates Studio Equipment (Reformer, Stability Chair, Tower, Arc Barrels, TRX). Classes are limited to 4 persons. Participants must have a good grounding i.e. intermediate level, in Pilates Matwork and either prior experience with the Reformer or take two 1:1 sessions prior to joining.
