Stretch for Flexibility
Do you ache? Hip, back, knee, ankle, neck, legs.... and are just fed up. Would you like to wake up more mobile? Do you wish you could reach your toes? Do you find it difficult to do your seatbelt up? Can you not reach the top cupboard in the kitchen? Not able to sit up in bed without hands. Would you like to improve your fitness? Hint - being more mobile will help this. Do your knees hurt walking down stairs? Would you like to recover more quickly after an event, walk, day out or long run? The above ailments effect those of us who are sedentary as well as those who move alot for recreation or work. Let's be pain free. We will get you there. Even after one class you will
1) Sleep better
2) Move better
3) Ease pain
4) Realise you aren't alone.
These classes are held on Wednesday evenings at 1915 for 1 hour. You book each week via our timetable.
Women's workshops
As females we won't all suffer with everything below, but by focusing and learning about all the possibly ailments you will feel empowered to recover, grow and live a limitless lives. We focus on everything that we all need to make stronger or fix completely.
This course is for you if you have ever: Not gone out for the day because you weren't sure about the toileting facilities. Have heavy periods that wake you at night. Avoided bouncy castles or trampolines with your children or grandchildren. Padded up for urine or blood - just incase. Can't laugh or sneeze without worry. Have hip, knee, lower back, or foot pain. Feel foggy headed or irritable for no apparent reason. Feel anxious and wish you didn't. Wake up in the night. Wanted to feel like a teenager again- care free, no pain and strong.
Some, but not all the ailments this course will help support:
1) Breathing to support our pelvic floor
2) Pelvic floor rehab and strengthening
3) Diastasis recti rehab and making your tummy stronger and prolapse free
4) SPD support after child birth or sport injuries
5) Hormone balancing
6) Sleep and anxiety support.
These classes are held on Friday morning at 1130. If you can't attend all of the classes within the term, that's OK 3/4 of them will still' fix you. You book each week via our timetable.
