The classes are about 45 minutes long, this includes the warm up and cool down with important stretches.
We work inside and can use the outside space with an assortment of equipment as well as using body weight exercises. Cardio and strength are pushed throughout at a pace you're happy with. You can stay in your comfort zone, or give us the nod (or too much banter) and we'll push you out of your comfort zone!
AND THE BEST PART! You start the program on the day that suits you.
If you have younger children, they are welcome to come along and 'join in' at no cost - they can't use the weights but they can have fun or play around us or simply read a book in room next door!
So, no child care = no excuse!
We work 52 weeks of the year and love an excuse for a Bank Holiday work out too!

£120 All Inclusive Membership - Small Group PT (20/mnth + unlimited Open Gym)
This membership gives you access to all our classes and session that are up to 60 mins in duration; Indoor Cycling, Circuits, Pilates, Yoga, Core Strength and Stretch, Stretch, Run - all our classes are Small Group Personal Training. This membership is popular if you are a super driven (or plan to be) person who really wants to maximise their personal training. You’ll probably be someone who likes to work out under their own steam too - so you can also attend unlimited programed Open Gym Sessions. Attend 5 regular SG Personal Training sessions a week, but as you’ll have 20 sessions a month you can use them as and when you like! If you fancy even more month – if there is space, do just turn up and join in!
This membership bills every month on the 1st of the month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period.
It is really important that when you are unable to attend a session you cancel yourself from the booking system 24 hours before the start of the class.
Members are permitted ONE ‘No-show/late cancellation’ per month. All Members who cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice will have their account put on hold for 2 days – unable to book during that time.
Obviously if you are suddenly ill, have an accident or something of this nature please let us know by email (not text): reception@TheRascalClub.co.uk, so that we can disregard the 'No-show/late cancellation' from your membership.

Man Movement Membership
Starts on Jan. 5, 2025. Expires April 30, 2025.
Trevor takes these classes on Monday night from 8pm onwards. You'll be guided as a group through movement that rehabilitates tired joints, muscles and minds. As a physio, passionate yogi, tennis and football coach, Trevor guides you to elevate pain and strengthen not only your body, but your mind too.
These sessions are a place to come together with other men for support, to give support and just make time in a safe space.
We only charge for 3 months out of 4 because we are realistic that you might not be able to attend every week.
We are also very flexible in that you have 5 sessions to use a month and if you couldn't attend one week on a Monday night, you're welcome to use your credit on any other of our classes.
If you're already on our £75 a month membership or 6 Week Transformation Program, you can attend this class with your membership. Otherwise, please pay the £150 for the 4 month block. (This charge pro rates through the term).

This membership allows kids & teenagers to book ONE session per WEEK during term time and continue during the holidays too. This membership is for January to April
We only charge for 3 months and you receive the 4th month free. Why? We know that under 18's can sometimes be flaky and not want to attend every week or during the holidays! So you won't have the stress that you've paid, if they don't want to attend every week. However, we keep our timetable the same for the entire year- because routine is important and we hope our classes and sessions are so much fun - you just want to continue to come!
This membership will be pro-rated so if you start after the start date you will only pay for the remainder of the course.

£13.50 - Pay Per Session
Starts on the date of purchase. Never Expires.
If you prefer to pay for one session at a time it will be £13.50. We recognise that some people do not want to sign up for a membership. However, because of this we charge a bit more for the session so we can put some of the money towards membership. Ideally after attending using this option you'll chose to transfer over to one of our memberships. Our memberships are flexible and can be changed or cancelled at any time.

£46 Monthly Membership- 1 session a week Including Indoor Cycling
This membership bills every month on the 1st of the month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to book up to 5 sessions per month at zero cost. This membership also allows the user to book any of the sessions, classes, courses and adventures advertised by the club and 'pay as they go'. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
Important - If you use up all your sessions for the month you can purchase a 'Top Up' for £10.50 per class. Just message reception@therascalclub.co.uk or alternatively upgrade to our Unlimited Membership for only £75 per month!
Note! Whilst this membership suggests it is for one session a week, those who notice the finer details, will see that you have 5 sessions added to your account each month. This is because many months have more than 4 weeks and if you attend a regular class on a Monday for example, and there are 5 Mondays in the month- we don't want to only allocate 4 sessions because you'd miss out! So, please do book regularly - if you're able to get booked onto an 'extra session' to use your 5th - go for it! We love the classes to be full. However, if you can't use your 5th session, please don't be aggrieved.
