This membership gives you access to all our classes and session that are up to 60 mins in duration; Indoor Cycling, Circuits, Pilates, Yoga, Core Strength and Stretch, Stretch, Run - all our classes are Small Group Personal Training. This membership is for 6 months and it auto renews every 6 months. You may cancel in writing to Reception@TheRascalClub.co.uk with 30 days notice prior to each 6 months renewal period. See our terms and conditions for details.
It is really important that when you are unable to attend a session you cancel yourself from the booking system 24 hours before the start of the class. Members are permitted ONE ‘No-show/late cancellation’ per month. All Members who cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice will have their account put on hold for 2 days – unable to book during that time. Obviously if you are suddenly ill, have an accident or something of this nature please let us know by email (not text): reception@TheRascalClub.co.uk, so that we can disregard the 'No-show/late cancellation' from your membership.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
1. CONSTITUTION
The Rascal Club (“the club”) is the trading name of the Red Front Door Community Interest
Company whose business is for mental and physical health and wellbeing. The Red Front
Door CIC is the Proprietor and registered in England and Wales under No. 13821610
2. ACCEPTANCE AS A MEMBER
(a) The proprietor has an absolute discretion upon whether the application for membership
is accepted. If an application for a membership is accepted by the Proprietor,
membership of the Club by the applicant shall commence upon the date of acceptance
(“Membership Start Date”). Upon acceptance, the Member shall be issued with a
Membership personal to him/her and shall be entitled to all of the rights and
privileges exercisable by the class of membership for which his/her application for
membership has been accepted and paid in full. (b) Acceptance by the Proprietor of an application for membership of the Club shall
constitute a binding contractual agreement between the Proprietor and the Applicant
upon these terms and conditions of membership and the rules of the Club.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In consideration of the Proprietor accepting his/her application for membership of the Club
and he/she becoming and remaining a Member of the Club, the Member agrees that:
(a) Neither the Proprietor nor the employees or agents of the Proprietor shall be liable for
any loss, damage or theft of personal property belonging to a member, or any guest of
the Member, whatsoever or howsoever occurring upon the Club premises.
(b) Neither the Proprietor nor any employee or agent of the Proprietor shall be responsible
for any death or injury occurring within the Club premises, during any of the Club
sessions or as a result of the use of facilities and/or equipment provided by the Club,
except to the extent that such death or personal injury arises from any negligent act or
omission of the Proprietor or any agent or employee of the Proprietor.
4. PHYSICAL CONDITION OF MEMBER
The Member warrants and represents that he/she is in good physical condition and that
he/she is capable of engaging in active or passive exercise and that such exercise would not
be detrimental to his/her health, safety, comfort or physical condition.
5. ASSIGNMENT
Membership of the Club, whether joint, individual or corporate is personal to the specific
Member or Members and, save as otherwise provided by this agreement, cannot be
assigned, transferred or otherwise disposed of. The Member shall not loan his/her
membership or permit it to be used by anyone but the Member. The Proprietor may
assign the benefit or burden of this agreement to a third party at any time without prior
notice of the Member, although the Proprietor will notify the Member of any such
assignment within 30 days thereof.
6. MEMBERSHIP
(a) Joint Membership where applicable shall be available to common law partners residing
at the same address. Joint members shall be subject to the rules governing individual
members and each member is jointly and severally liable for the full contract value
and any cost incurred as a result of obtaining payment. The Proprietor may request
reasonable evidence of joint residence etc prior to acceptance as Joint Members.
(b) Corporate Membership where applicable shall be available to 5 or more bona fide
employees from the same employer. The Proprietor may request evidence of
employment prior to acceptance. Corporate Members may transfer corporate
membership to other employees of the same employer on payment of the appropriate
transfer fee.
7. JOINING FEE AND MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS
(a) All Members shall pay the Joining Fee which shall become due and payable immediately
upon being accepted as a member. Membership must remain current to avoid paying
the joining fee again. All monthly memberships have a minimum term of 6 months. Cancellations during this time are not permitted.
(b) All Members shall pay a Membership Subscription beginning when the Member is
accepted for membership. Membership Subscription shall be payable by each Member
irrespective of the actual usage of the Club or change in personal circumstances and
shall be debited to the Member’s bank account either monthly by Direct Debit or paid
annually in advance as specified.
(c) Membership will automatically continue on a monthly basis after the minimum number
of payments. Any frozen membership time shall be added to the end of the current
subscription year, so that all first-year instalments run consecutively. Members may
freeze due to illness, pregnancy or redundancy.
(d) Membership subscriptions may be increased by the Proprietor in March each year, at a percentage of 10% automatically without prior notification. By accepting membership you are agreeing to the annual price increase..



8. CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
(a) The Proprietor may cancel the membership of any member
(i) Without notice and with immediate effect without refund in the event of a Member
committing serious or repeated breaches of the Club rules, and may cancel membership
without cause upon refunding the unexpired portion of their current subscription.
(ii) If any part of the Monthly Membership Subscription remains unpaid 30 days after the
date due for payment, all monies owing to the Club in accordance with the contractual
agreement will become due and payable immediately. If they are not so paid the
membership of the Member will be cancelled without prejudice to the right of the
Proprietor to take whatsoever action it deems necessary to recover all monies due in
accordance with the contract agreement.
(b) Cancellation by a Member
(i) Save as provided in Clause 8(c) below the Member shall not be entitled to cancel the
Membership prior to the first 30 days of the Membership Start Date. Thereafter he/she may cancel his/her membership,
subject to he/she giving not less than one calendar month’s written notice expiring on or
after the first anniversary of the Membership or the minimum number of payments of 6 months. The cancelation needs to be received before the 15th of the month, in writing to reception@TheRascalClub.co.uk.
(ii) Membership subscriptions paid annually in advance are non-refundable.
(c) A member may cancel his/her membership within seven days of joining the Club by resigning
in writing and surrendering their Membership. They will then be entitled
to receive a full refund except that £50 will be retained by the Proprietor.

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 7 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
