Important - If you use up all your sessions for the month you can purchase a 'Top Up' for £10.50 per class. Just message reception@therascalclub.co.uk or alternatively upgrade.
Note! Whilst this membership suggests it is for one session a week, those who notice the finer details, will see that you have 5 sessions added to your account each month. This is because many months have more than 4 weeks and if you attend a regular class on a Monday for example, and there are 5 Mondays in the month- we don't want to only allocate 4 sessions because you'd miss out! So, please do book regularly - if you're able to get booked onto an 'extra session' to use your 5th - go for it! We love the classes to be full. However, if you can't use your 5th session, please don't be aggrieved.
Payment is taken when you first sign up and then on the 1st of every month. You can cancel at anytime with just 30 days notice.
We kindly ask, if you decide to cancel this monthly membership, please let us know Reception@TheRascalClub.co.uk so that we can removed you from this booking system. This is simply because we pay per person, per month, for every person on the system and it will save the company money - savings that we can pass onto our members.
The Rascal Club is a Community Interest Company - which means it is managed by the community for the benefit of the community - profits are reinvested back into the business.
P.s. you'll notice it states 'Bills one 'cycle' at a time - this is cycle as in 'cyclical' meaning monthly - rather than referring to anything to do with a bike!
The Good News! If you sign up, your first time, later than the the 1st of the month, your payment will be pro-rated.
