You’ll get six small group personal training sessions - that’s right, you’ll get one-to-one attention in a group setting - plus unlimited team training sessions to keep the momentum going. These sessions are held in a private, female-only facility, so you can focus on your workouts.
You’ll have support and guidance on nutrition to support your training and recovery, mindset and habits too, so you’ll have everything you’ll need to make this challenge a total success.

As part of the Nutritional Coaching you will receive 12 weeks of education, support and guidance to help you reach or begin the journey towards your goal.
Initial consultation - this is a fact finding call to discuss what approaches you have taken in the past and discuss why you believe they haven’t worked.
Initial About Me and LIfestyle Form - This is to confirm what was discussed during the consultation
Tailored Nutritional approach - Discussing your day to day, your family and work life to determine the best nutritional approach for you - this isn’t a cookie cutter approach or a blanket programme for everyone.
Weekly check-in / Reflection - an opportunity to discuss your previous week and any issues that have arisen or any problems you perceive you will face in the upcoming week.
Unlimited amendments to your programme if / when required.
Unlimited access to me via Whatsapp or Email when you have any questions or concerns. I will aim to respond the same day but if outside of these times it will be the following day. Weekdays 8am-8pm & Saturdays 7am-12pm
100-Days of Nutritional Education - These will be sent to you once or twice per week so you can further understand as much about nutrition as possible.
10% Discount on Gym Membership for the 12 week duration
1 X 1:1 PT session per week
Plus 1 x SGPT / Mixed Modal per week

12 Week Minimum Commitment
Your first session will be consultation / assessment based to understand your current fitness and ability. Based on the assessment session, a training programme will be designed to work towards your goals.
Cancellations are subject to a 24-hour notice period. Any cancellations outside of the 24-hour notice period can be rescheduled but must be used within 1 month of original cancellation date.
Payment of £430 to be made in full prior to your first session.
1:1 Coaching will include, if requested, basic nutritional support and information.
For full nutrition coaching, please discuss the available options with your coach.
