You’ll get six small group personal training sessions - that’s right, you’ll get one-to-one attention in a group setting - plus unlimited team training sessions to keep the momentum going. These sessions are held in a private, female-only facility, so you can focus on your workouts.



You’ll have support and guidance on nutrition to support your training and recovery, mindset and habits too, so you’ll have everything you’ll need to make this challenge a total success.

Team Training Single Session
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 7 days.
This Single Session entitles you to a one-off Team Training session. By purchasing this Single Session Membership you will be alloted a credit to apply to any Team Training session. The Single Session Membership will expire within 7 days of purchase. This session is subject to the 2-Hour cancellation period. Sessions cancelled within 2-hour of schedueld start time will be forfeit. Any cancellation before the 2-Hour period will be re-credited to your account, to be used within the 7-days of first registration.

Small Group Coaching

It’s not a big class where you’re left guessing…
And it’s not expensive 1-to-1 personal training either.

Small Group Coaching is the sweet-spot in-between.   Up to 6 women training together with a qualified coach, following a structured programme, while still getting personal attention, coaching, and support.
