Fast Track to Free Weights is the first phase of coaching at Essential Strength.
Through three dedicated 1:1 coaching sessions, we'll get to know your goals, assess your current ability, refine your technique, and build a strength training plan tailored to you.
By the end of Fast Track to Free Weights, you'll have a clear direction for your training and be ready to continue with either ongoing 1:1 coaching or Small Group Coaching.
You’ll get:
– 3 × 60-minute 1:1 Personal Training sessions at a discounted rate
– A strength training program tailored to your level and delivered to you via a training app
– Complementary gym access to train independently between sessions (over the 3 weeks)
💥 Fast Track to Free Weights is where we build your personalised training plan and set you up for long-term progress. After purchasing, book your first session with Kim or Adam, and we’ll go from there.
📅 Train at off-peak times for a quieter gym experience or Mon-Thurs evenings and Saturday mornings for more of a community feel (especially if you're interested in doing group coaching going forward)

💡 Phase 2: What happens after?
Once you’ve completed Fast Track to Free Weights:
– Join our Small Group PT team (from £22.50/week)
– Continue with 1:1 Coaching (around £38/week)
