Our taster sessions are for people interested in strength-specific personal training or anyone who needs extra support getting started in a barbell-focused strength training gym.
This is an advanced onboarding session designed to give you specific guidance based on your goals, experience, and needs.
It’s ideal if:
You’re interested in starting PT with us to improve your lifts
You’re new to strength training or specialist strength training equipment
You want extra support to feel confident and safe when training
In your session, we’ll cover:
How to use our strength training equipment correctly
Key lifting cues and safe setup for all suitable exercise variations
What to focus on in your next visit so you can hit the ground running
📅 Once purchased, book your taster session through the Appointments section. Sessions must be booked in advance.
🕒 PT sessions are available 12–8pm Monday–Friday and 10am–1pm Saturdays (subject to availability).
