8 Week Beginners Pilates Course

New to Pilates? Book yourself in to our 8 week block that will introduce you to the principles of mat pilates. It can help you to reduce the aches and pains, gain confidence in what your body can do, and make you feel stronger and taller. This class will be tailored to people who have never tried Pilates before, or have had a break. Starts on Wednesday 4th March- 8.15pm for 8 weeks. .
