The joining fee includes:

  • Insurance coverage

  • Free Miah Bros uniform T-shirt

  • Free mouth guard

(The joining fee will be charged regardless of whether you accept the free items or not.)

Membership Terms

  • Duration: 6-month minimum subscription.

  • Joining Fee: Includes insurance, Miah Bros T-shirt uniform, and mouth guard. (Joining fee is mandatory, regardless of whether items are accepted or not.)

Cancellation:

  • Early cancellation within the 6-month contract requires payment of the Cancellation Fee (available under the Membership section).

  • Alternatively, provide 30 days’ notice after the final month of your 6-month term to end your membership.

🧭Class & Conduct Policy

• We have a zero-tolerance policy toward rude, abusive, disruptive, threatening, or negative behaviour from students or parents. Such behaviour will result in immediate membership termination and a ban from returning.

• Parent Attendance: Parents may watch their child’s first 3 classes only. After that, please drop off and pick up students on time. (Parents are welcome to attend grading sessions.)

• Training Clips: Shared via the class WhatsApp group.

• Uniform: All students must wear the official Miah Bros T-shirt and shorts in class and competitions.

• Equipment: Bring all required training gear to each session.

• Respect: Respect gym facilities, equipment, coaches, and other students at all times.

• Language: A zero swearing policy is strictly enforced — inappropriate language will not be tolerated.

• Booking: Please book your child through our online booking system before attending class.

• Payments: Missed payments will incur a £15 charge.

    This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 3 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
