An ONLINE 8 week accountability programme for weight loss, where your food intake and your exercise are prescribed and monitored on a daily basis by both your coach and your buddy team. Why do we call this an accountability programme? Because this is not a prescribed programme where you are left to your own devices. On SHRED the team will monitor your food intake and active expenditure daily. We are in daily contact 1-2-1 and as a team. This programme has been designed for clients wanting to lose weight. The serious and tailored food strategy has been personally tested by us to ensure its effectiveness. But this is far more than food strategy, the plan is based around habit change and throughout the plan we work on your food psychology. The shred begins with a weigh in and photos. Being part of a group who are all shredding together means that you receive the group enthusiasm, motivation, support and accountability. We believe this is critical for success. The 8 week Shred Plan costs just £130 and includes access to an online member area where you can access lots of pre recorded workouts and the 30 day abs challenge. If you live locally you can choose to you can attend the odd bootcamp by purchasing single classes to add to the plan. However this plan is designed to be entirely online so that you can take part from anywhere in the world. We weigh in weekly and you can expect to succeed with us, even if you have tried other plans and failed.
