Fitness Memberships
Fitness Membership - 1 class per week
This membership is for Fit-camps and HIIT classes only, 1 session per week. This works out £7.99per week.
You don’t have to commit to the same class each week. If you can’t attend your scheduled class, you can change the booking up to 12h before class starts.
Excludes any running, hiking or other events.

BOOK YOUR SESSION: SINGLE AND RECURRING
Once you've submitted and chosen your Membership and Payment option, you will be redirected to the Schedule to SELECT your 1 class per week.
Choose: BOOK - for single sessions and return each week to book your next session OR
Choose: BEGIN A NEW RESERVATION: for booking recurring classes. Once a day is selected (Reservation is made), this class booking will continuously roll forward for 5 weeks in advance.

AMEND/CANCEL A SINGLE SESSION:
Go to My Account/Registrations and select the class you want to cancel. Click on Details and choose to ‘leave class’ to cancel a single session. Then simply BOOK another class using your existing membership. You would use this on an ad-hoc basis when you can’t make your usual class and come on another day instead.

AMEND ONGOING RECURRING SESSIONS:
If you want to change your recurring day or class for the upcoming weeks.
Go to My Account/Reservations and select the recurring class you want to cancel. Click on Details and Manage and Cancel the Reservation. Then simply select another class using your existing membership, making sure you opt for ‘BEGIN A NEW RESERVATION’. You would use this, when you can no longer make the same day/class every week going forward and would like to swap the recurring to another day.

You can amend both options at any time if you stay within the 12h cancellation period.

PAYMENT OPTION: 1 Standing Order
Please set up a monthly Standing Order on the 1st (latest 10th) of the month using your own online banking system.
(Current members may have already set this up. You can leave this as it is)
To do this select: CASH in TeamUp and I will reconcile the monthly Standing order of £34.60 with your TeamUp account.

Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 3 months.
Fitness PAYG is for ad-hoc fitness classes only. We offer a 5 Pack, but sessions have to be booked individually.
This option is for New Back on Track Members for Fitcamps and HIIT classes. It is valid for 3 month.

Once you have completed the 5 PAYG sessions, please switch to one of our Monthly Membership Option or email Simone.

Do not choose: BEGIN A NEW RESERVATION: as this would book recurring classes.

AMEND/CANCEL A SINGLE SESSION:
Go to My Account/Registrations and select the class you want to cancel. Click on Details and choose to ‘leave class’ to cancel a single session. Then simply BOOK another class using your existing membership 'Fitness PAYG '.

You can amend your booking at any time if you stay within the 12h cancellation period.

PAYMENT OPTION: 1 Online Bank transfer
Please set up a bank transfer using your own online banking.
To do this select: CASH in TeamUp and I will reconcile your payment into the bank below of £45 with your TeamUp account.

Free Fitness Trial Session (1 Weeks Pack)
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 7 days.
Try our fitness classes for 1 whole week for FREE. This includes all Fit-camps and HIIT classes for a 7-day period.
You need to BOOK each session individually for Fit-camp and HIIT sessions during this period. The trial starts from the 1st session booked.

Once you have submitted your 'Free Fitness Trial Session' option you will be directed to the schedule, where you can select your classes from the calendar.

Running Memberships
Running Membership - Monthly Run club
This is a membership for run club only.
This membership is a hassle free cover for your weekly ad-hoc run club fee. (adhoc £3)
Just pre-book your Monday session once and it will roll forward each week. No need to check in for every Monday club run.

Your monthly fee of £10 will be charged whether you attend run club or not.
Please note ; there will be no run club over half terms, this has been taken into account for the fee calculated.
You can cancel this membership within 7 days.

Payment option: 1

Running PAYG is for Monday run club only. We offer a 5 Pack of £3 each. Sessions must be booked individually. You can book all 5 in advance. If you can’t make a date, you can ‘Leave’ the Run club session in the Schedule, if you cancel 12h in advance. The pack is valid for 3 months.

Once you have booked 4 of the 5 PAYG sessions, we’ll send you an email reminder to book a new pack.
Excludes any fitness, hiking or other events. Excludes any Running courses.

BOOK YOUR SINGLE SESSIONS:
Once you've selected your Running PAYG (Pack of 5) and your chosen Payment option, you will be redirected to the Schedule to SELECT your classes.
Choose: BOOK - for your 1st single sessions and return to the Schedule to book your next sessions at any time.
Please do not choose: BEGIN A NEW RESERVATION: as it’s not an ideal option for this pack.

AMEND/CANCEL A SINGLE SESSION:

You can amend your booking at any time if you stay within the 12h cancellation period. If you have cancelled later the fee cannot be refunded.
