Mindful Focus
A once-per-week Pilates practice is a perfect way to check in with yourself, both body and mind. How are your stress levels? Your mental health? Where are you feeling discomfort, stiffness or weakness in your body? Pilates offers a simple, practical way to improving mind-body connection and giving you a greater sense of where you carry tension.

By joining me in my live classes, either via Zoom or in person, I’ll direct you on specific adjustments you can make in your body. You’ll find that, with regular practice, you’ll begin to spontaneously make adjustments as you go about your day, improving your posture and body alignment.

The Mindful Focus package ensures you keep a regular, weekly mind-body date with yourself. It can also alert you to areas that need attention and whether you’d benefit by increasing your practice to twice weekly or more. Most of us do! But every class, no matter how long or how often you have or haven’t practiced Pilates, offers an opportunity to get to know your body better and build on your flexibility and strength, bringing an overall sense of ease and wellbeing.

With your weekly Mindful Focus package you also get client only access to the Studio 113 YouTube channel. Here you can catch up on missed classes, do additional classes in your own time or view other short practices you can do in just a few minutes.

Flex-Ability
Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 90 days.
The Flex-Ability package allows you to purchase 10 live classes upfront, which you can take at any time. This is a great way to get a regular practice going even if you’re unable to commit to a monthly package or attend at set times each week. It can also be a great way to discover which classes work best for you as you integrate a Pilates practice into your life.

There are on average 10 live Pilates classes held at different times across the week, Monday to Saturday, and you can choose to join any of these classes (subject to available spaces in the studio classes). Every class offers the opportunity to check in with yourself, both body and mind, and build on your flexibility, strength and wellbeing. Where needed, I’ll offer adjustments specific to you that you can use in class and beyond.

Better Me
The Better Me package includes two live Pilates classes each week, in person or via Zoom. With your regular, twice weekly practice, you’ll really begin to make and feel gains such as enhanced muscle tone, a stronger core, improved posture, and better flexibility and mobility, as well as greatly reduced aches and pains. And those gains bring with them a greater sense of self-confidence.

Every class is, as always, an opportunity to check in with yourself, body and mind, and grow your awareness of the body-mind connection. When you’re doing this at least twice a week, there’s a pervading sense of improved quality of life too.

Booking ahead for twice weekly classes also gives you the advantage of accountability. It’s a scheduled part of your day with a definite timeframe and teaches you to prioritise yourself. It also means you’re much more likely to maintain a regular practice than when you try to find that evasive gap.

With live classes you of course benefit from our interaction where I can offer adjustments specific to you that you can use in class and beyond. Plus, as a Studio 113 client, you get access to the Studio 113 YouTube channel where you can catch recordings of missed classes or watch short videos demonstrating quick practices you can do yourself.

Reformer Refinement

The Pilates Reformer is an exceptional piece of machinery, invented by Pilates creator Joseph Pilates. It’s ideal both for people recovering from injury or confinement and those wanting to take their core development to the next level.

You’ll work on the machine, led by me in a one-on-one session, to hone precise core movements and isolate more and specific muscles. This is a tailored, personalised session dedicated to meeting your individual needs and goals – from simply learning how to activate your core properly to longer term recovery.

As the Reformer is so precise, it can pinpoint where there is weakness or asymmetry in your body – like a snapshot of your muscular system. The benefits of working consistently with a Reformer, ideally for a minimum of 10 sessions, are a better feel of symmetry in the body, increased mobility and flexibility, and outright improved body performance and strength. And if you’re recovering from injury or immobility, think of it as essential rehab for the body.

Pilates and Nutrition
Total Body
Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 1 month.
This is a total solution covering nutrition coaching as well as Pilates classes and Reformer sessions. The Total Body package includes one-on-one coaching, personalised menu plans and recipes suited to your lifestyle, a weekly Reformer session, a weekly live Pilates group class and access to the Studio 113 video collection.

With Total Body you have access to everything you need to completely overhaul your health or reach new optimum levels of health. As your nutrition coach, we’ll be in continual contact to determine how you can optimally get all the healthy nutrients you need with the time you have. And beyond coaching, you’ll get practical help with individualised meal plans that help you stay organised and eat simply yet beautifully, with the added benefit of extending your recipe repertoire and getting out of those frustrating cooking ruts.

We’ll work together to shape and refine your nutrition and health goals, and how best to get you there. Alongside your Pilates practice, and a greater mind-body connection, you can expect to make lifelong shifts that empower you to feel and be healthier and happier.
