This membership is for our Private Foundation Course. This will allow the purchaser 2 Personal Training session where we will go through a few fundamental movements we use in CrossFit. Once those have been completed you will be signed up to our Silver Membership for 4 weeks. This will allow you 3 sessions a week and a chance to "Try before you buy" and commit to a 6 month contract.

Both PT sessions can be done at a time and day suitable for you but subject to our Coaches availability. The Silver Membership will start the day after your 2nd PT session.

The PT sessions will need to be pre-booked and and if cancelled by the purchaser then no refund will be given and another PT session will need to be booked to complete the 2 sessions in this course at an additional cost of £40 per session.
