Pole fitness beginners- 8 week term
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 8 weeks.
This term is an introduction to pole for complete beginners. No experience of pole, dance, or fitness is required.

The term lasts for 8 weeks & includes: 1hr beginner pole class & a 1 hour stretch & shapes/ splits class per week. Please note you will need to book onto stretch & shapes or splits class to reserve your space.

Each class begins with a warm up and some basic conditioning to work on building strength and coordination, and prepare for inverting (going upside down) on the pole.

In this course you will learn the fundamentals of pole, all of which will be required as you progress through further levels.

In Pole Fitness Beginners you will learn your first spins, some basic tricks and the foundations of pole dance while having fun in an engaging and encouraging environment.

This course will improve flexibility, strength and coordination.

Please wear shorts & a vest top/ T-shirt

We train in bare feet or socks only. Please note: No shoes are allowed in the Studio.

This memberships & terms will entitle the purchaser to a partial or complete discount on event(s)/class(es) offered by AYC Studios . Some classes/events may be excluded from this memberships & terms This memberships & terms cannot be refunded once term starts. Unless otherwise noted, this memberships & terms is non-transferable.
Missed sessions can be transferred to the same class type within the 8 week term. If missed session has not been used/rebooked within the 8 weeks you will forfeit that session. AYC Studios must be notified of absences 12 hours before class start time or you will be marked as a no show & session will be forfeited.
