Pole fitness beginners- 8 week term
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 8 weeks.
This term is an introduction to pole for complete beginners. No experience of pole, dance, or fitness is required.

The term lasts for 8 weeks & includes: 1hr beginner pole class & a 1 hour stretch & shapes/ splits class per week. Please note you will need to book onto stretch & shapes or splits class to reserve your space.

Each class begins with a warm up and some basic conditioning to work on building strength and coordination, and prepare for inverting (going upside down) on the pole.

In this course you will learn the fundamentals of pole, all of which will be required as you progress through further levels.

In Pole Fitness Beginners you will learn your first spins, some basic tricks and the foundations of pole dance while having fun in an engaging and encouraging environment.

This course will improve flexibility, strength and coordination.

Please wear shorts & a vest top/ T-shirt

We train in bare feet or socks only. Please note: No shoes are allowed in the Studio.

Pole fitness Intermediate- 8 week term
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 8 weeks.
This Term is for those who have mastered basic spins and tricks.

The term lasts for 8 weeks & includes: 1hr intermediate/ mixed ability pole class & a 1 hour stretch & shapes/ splits class per week.
Please note you will need to book onto class to reserve your space. **Please don't book onto both pole sessions in 1 week as your 2 classes. As you will lose a pole session.**

Each class begins with a warm up and pole conditioning to continue to build strength and coordination for more challenging pole moves.

Over this term you will learn new and exciting combinations and transitions. The focus will be on mastering all necessary tricks and spins while challenging ourselves. In these classes you will learn exciting and challenging combinations, extending and varying your pole experience and vocabulary. Each combination will have an accessible version and a more complex version.Improve your spins and skills developed so far.
Tricks covered include Spins, Inside/Outside Leg Hangs (Gemini/Scorpio), Climbs, Jamilla, Butterfly, and Shoulder Mount Prep, Pretzel. Handsprings, jade, leg hang shapes, tumbles, drops, flips, and pole handstands.

Please wear shorts & a vest top.

Aerial Hoop Beginner- 8 week term
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 8 weeks.
This term is for complete beginners.
No previous experience of aerial hoop, or any other training all is required.


The term lasts for 8 weeks & includes: 1hr beginner aerial hoop class & a 1 hour stretch & shapes/ splits class per week. Please note you will need to book onto classes to reserve your space.

Each class begins with a warm up and some basic conditioning for aerialists to help improve strength, flexibility and grip.

Over the term, in addition to learning different ways to mount the hoop, you will learn a variety of aerial hoop tricks, including Delilah, Mermaid, Man in the Moon, Star shapes, Pike, elbow hangs, Knee hangs. By the end of the term the tricks will be combined into a seamless sequence.

For comfort and safety please wear leggings with a t-shirt, leotard or jumper.

Aerial Hoop Intermediate- 8 week term
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 8 weeks.
This term is for those who have some experience in aerial hoop. You should be comfortable with the hoop, all basic tricks & spins

The term lasts for 8 weeks & includes: 1hr intermediate aerial hoop class & a 1 hour stretch & shapes/ splits class per week. Please note you will need to book onto classes to reserve your space.

Each class begins with a warm up and some basic conditioning for aerialists to continue to improve strength, flexibility and grip.

This class will incorporate sequences combining tricks, spinning working on the top bar, drops & rolls.

For comfort and safety please wear leggings with a t-shirt, leotard or jumper

Aerial Silks Beginner- 8 week term
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 8 weeks.
This course is for complete beginners.
No previous experience of aerial silks, or any other training, is required.

The term lasts for 8 weeks & includes: 1hr beginner aerial silks class & a 1 hour stretch & shapes/ splits class per week. Please note you will need to book onto classes to reserve your space.

Each class begins with a warm up and some basic conditioning for aerialists to help improve strength, flexibility and grip.

Over the term, in addition to learning different ways to climb the silks, you will learn a variety of foot locks & aerial silk poses, including circus favourites such as peterman, Mermaid, Man in the Moon, cross back wraps & Sail. By the end of the term the tricks will be combined into a seamless sequence.


For comfort and safety please wear leggings with a t-shirt, leotard or jumper.
