Our performance memberships combine personal training and unlimited gym/class access into one simple monthly plan. All performance members receive unlimited gym access at a highly reduced rate, alongside structured 1-to-1 personal training to reach goals and support progress, along with building confidence and consistency in training. Please reach out before purchasing to ensure there are PT slots available at a time you can consistently attend.

Entry = 2 PT per month (£120)
Core = 4 PT per month (£185)
Pro = 8 PT per month (£320)
In Regards to missed PT or unable to attend due to sickness or holiday, PTs need to be used within the month and are not carried over to avoid the coach being unable to fulfill PT if multiple people do the same at once.
