Learn how to build muscle & functional strength efficiently, at home or with minimal equipment, in this series of workshops and training programs.The Strength & Size Program is designed to build your confidence, increase your training knowledge and get you tangible results without spending hours in the gym.
We do this by coaching you in person, in a workshop format, so that we can address your specific issues and starting level. Along with the workshops, you will receive a monthly training program based on the exercises we cover in the workshops. This program will maximise your available time and equipment to get results over a 3-month period.
The Strength & Size Program consists of:
> 3 in-person monthly workshops of 4 hours each, at our base in east London
> A small group environment (max 1:6 coach to athlete ratio) so that you get plenty of individual attention and feedback
> A 3-month written training program based on each workshop’s content, which builds in complexity as you progress through the workshop series
Each workshop covers a different type of training approach to building strength & muscle, utilising different equipment, such as bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells and barbells.
You can do all three workshops for a fully rounded training program, or do a single workshop as a standalone event.
Workshop 1: Bodyweight, Bands & Plyos
This is our simplest workshop in terms of equipment - all you need is your own bodyweight and a couple of resistance bands. We recommend this workshop as a starting point, especially if you are not a regular gym goer.
Workshop 2: Dumbbells
How do you train the whole body if you only have a few dumbbells? This workshop will show you how. Dumbbells are incredibly versatile and you can build impressive muscles with just this implement.
Workshop 3: Barbells
The original and best! We love the barbell for building pure strength. Whether at home or in the gym, you only need a handful of exercises to get exceptional results with barbell training. Since barbell exercises tend to be more technical than other types of training, we recommend this workshop to ensure you are lifting with correct technique.
