You will be greeted by one of our certified instructors/coaches and shown around the academy prior to the class commencing. We will discuss with you your goals for the class and ensure you have a uniform and belt, then you're ready to go. You will take your place alongside other team members (who themselves may have completed their own trail class recently) and participate in a fun, inspirational and fulfilling class experience.

Following your class you will change and hand in your trial uniform to the instructor/coach for it to be laundered. There will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions about your experience and we will be on hand to discuss the membership options with you. You might even find yourself discussing the techniques with other trial or team members over a coffee in our relaxation area...you've just taken your first step on a journey which could literally change your life!
