You and your child will be greeted by one of our certified instructors/coaches and shown around the academy prior to the class commencing. We will discuss with you your goals for the class and ensure that your child has a clean uniform and belt, then they're ready to go. Your child will take their place alongside other GBK Members (who themselves may have completed their own trial class recently) and participate in a fun, inspirational and fulfilling class experience.
Whilst your child is developing and enjoying an amazing first Gracie Barra experience on the mat we'll grab you a coffee on us and show you the best seat in the house to watch this great memory.
Following your child's trial class your child will change and hand in their trial uniform to the instructor/coach for it to be laundered. There will be an opportunity for you and your child to ask any questions about your experience and we will be on hand to discuss the membership options with you. You might even find yourself discussing the experience with other trial or team members and their parents over a coffee in our relaxation area...your child has just taken their first step on a journey which could literally change your families' life!
Don't worry if you or your child feel a little nervous or anxious, the team are there to make this an amazing experience for you!!
