Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
Membership can be cancelled with 14 days emailed notice sent to info@movemorefitness.co.uk
This membership relates to all sessions at the studio and outdoors. Some sessions may have a small extra charge per session if external teachers raise their prices, but we will always give at least 14 days notice if this happens.
Holiday & Membership Hold Policy:
Email your holiday dates in advance to info@movemorefitness.co.uk, and the correct option from below will be applied.
Up to 2 weeks away:
-No changes to membership or payments.
2–4 weeks away:
-Session credits are given only for time beyond the first 2 weeks (weeks 3–4).
-These can be used in the month immediately following your return, subject to availability and normal weekly limits.
5 weeks or more:
-For each full calendar month away, memberships can be placed on hold at £20 per month.
-This freezes your membership and current rates.
-Hold memberships do not include training sessions. If you return mid-month and wish to train, your membership simply resumes at the norm monthly rate.

Memberships secure a place in a limited-size programme rather than paying per session. Having a clear policy allows us to:
-Keep sessions running consistently
-Be fair to all members
-Reduce manual adjustments and admin
-Spend more time coaching and improving the service
