Take ninety minutes to tune out from the hectic pace of daily life and tune in to your body and mind.

Join me for one of my monthly Slow Sunday Sessions — a gentle, grounding blend of movement and yoga practices designed to soothe, restore, and deeply relax.

We’ll begin with a warm-up, easing into fluid movement to awaken and soften the body. Then, we’ll transition into floor-based Yin Yoga, where we explore stillness and presence through longer-held postures.


What is Yin Yoga?
Yin invites us to slow down and drop deeply into our bodies. It’s based on three key principles:
To take yourself to an appropriate edge, to find stillness there, and to remain in stillness for a period of time. 

In the final part of the class, we’ll move into a Restorative Yoga practice — using bolsters, blankets, blocks, and eye pillows to support the body in deeply restful postures. These nurturing shapes invite tranquillity and a sense of ease.

We’ll close with a long Savasana and meditation, with the option to lie flat, side-lying, or supported by props. During this time, you’ll also receive a gentle massage to help deepen your relaxation.

After the session, feel free to stay for a cup of tea and a homemade sweet treat.
