Up to 90 minutes 1:1 comprehensive assessment and coaching with Tanya, our GGS certified Pre & Postnatal Coach, plus write up of all relevant, gathered information.If you have any known complications please feel free to put your Healthcare Provider in touch with us to discuss prior to commencing any programme of activity. You will need to complete the digital Prenatal or Postnatal PAR-Q available on TeamUp before your first session (in addition to the standard PAR-Q Forms).
This assessment session is included in the Pre or Postnatal Package and does not need to be booked separately unless an initial assessment is required before a decision is made to train with us. In the event that you decide to book the full package this will be deducted from the cost.
