Following this programme you may feel confident to continue your training independently, either at the FARM or training centre of your choice, or, continue 1:1 sessions at our regular continuation rate (contact us for details). You can also agree a further block of 5 specialist PPN sessions if, after a review with Tanya, you both feel it is needed.
