Keep Active Buggy-Bootcamp workouts offer a safe, effective workout, usually between 40-45 minutes – with no childcare concerns – as you take your baby in the buggy! The classes are designed around your baby and their buggy. The workout contains bursts of cardiovascular and strength training intervals. This will include walking, power walking, jogging or running and exercises focusing on regaining posture, muscle strength and general fitness levels that have been affected by pregnancy and birth.
Who can do Keep Active Buggy-Bootcamp?
Any mother with a baby and a buggy can take part in a Keep Active Buggy-Bootcamp class.
However most Keep Active Buggy-Bootcamps will require you to have had your six or eight week check up with your GP or ten week check up if you have had a C section. Keep Active Buggy-Bootcamps also allow fathers as a big part of the classes and are aimed at meeting like minded parents both for your benefit and your child’s.

Will I need any equipment?
All you will need for your Keep Active Buggy-Bootcamp is a suitable buggy, comfortable workout clothes, training shoes, water, hand sanitiser and MAT.
How much does a Keep Active Buggy-Bootcamp class cost?
Buggy Bootcamp costs £10 per class and is available in blocks. You can search for blocks that's suitable in the TeamUp Membership section.
