A "baby group" with a difference! This class is designed for mums wanting to exercise but where baby can come along too.
No need to organise or pay for childcare.
No need to feel guilty for taking time for yourself.
No need to choose between being a mum and looking after yourself.
The session is suitable for all fitness levels (including pregnancy), and children of all ages are welcome.
You get to workout while baby is there with you as well as chatting to other local mums. Win win!!
Getting stronger shouldn't require a childcare spreadsheet.
