Mums and Bubs Pilates Term 3 South

Hi Mamas,

 

MUMS and BUBS course -


Pilates is a great way to strengthen and realign your body after having a baby. We implement gentle core exercises and progress over the 6 week course. Reformer pilates can also increase mobility and stretch those tight muscles from feeding and holding bub. Enjoy this special time to nurture yourself and connect with your baby. Bub can be incorporated in many exercises (they make great little weights) or perhaps they are happier to sleep through the class - bonus! There is NO expectation for your baby to behave in a certain way.

$30 drop-in class

Makeup classes! IMPORTANT

 

Please email and advise if you can’t attend a session  – jade@pilateshaus.com.au (not valid for drop in class at central, cancel via the app with 3 or more hours notice)
 

Full 6-week course (North + South) - If you can’t attend a session you are allowed x 1 make-up session per 6-week course


These makeup sessions can be used for another Mums and Bubs class, Meditation class, Reformer Express, Level 1 Flow, Stretch + Strengthen or YOGA.


* Bub not crawling yet (6 weeks to 6 months is normally the right age) Book in a term or two with your mother's group.
