Pilates, Breathwork and Meditation

Enjoy a nourishing session that begins with one hour of mat Pilates, designed to gently strengthen, mobilise, and reconnect you to your body. This will be followed by deeply relaxing breathwork, seamlessly flowing into a guided meditation to support full-body release and nervous system regulation.

This session is suitable for all abilities, from complete beginners to more experienced practitioners. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace and honour what feels right for you.

For the Pilates portion, please bring:

  • A mat

  • A bottle of water

For the breathwork and meditation, you’ll want to be as comfortable and supported as possible. Please bring:

  • One or two pillows or a bolster (placing support under the knees can be especially beneficial, as it helps the body release through the psoas — the primary fight-or-flight muscle)

  • A blanket

  • Warm socks or extra layer

Staying warm and comfortable will allow you to soften more deeply into the experience. Eye pillows will be provided, but you’re very welcome to bring your own if you have one.

If the start date of this payment options has already passed, it will not be prorated for partial months/days, meaning the price is the same regardless of when purchased.
