Welcome to the Spring Strength Programme

The Spring Strength Programme is six weeks of structured, progressive strength training, delivered through a mix of live and on-demand home workouts, designed specifically to help you build strength, confidence and energy from the comfort of your own home.

Inside this programme, you’ll find everything you need to create lasting change this spring:

  • Learn how to lift weights safely and progressively over six weeks.

  • Four live strength workouts every week, and one pre-recorded mobility session.

  • Weekly accountability check-ins with me to track progress and overcome challenges.

  • Practical nutrition support to fuel your body properly while still moving towards your goals.

  • Your own training App to track your workouts, goals and progress.

  • A Facebook community of midlife women ready to welcome you.

  • Weekly live chats and Q&A sessions.

This isn’t about restriction, punishment or pushing harder.

It’s about re-educating, rebuilding and reclaiming your strength, with the support of an experienced midlife fitness coach.

This is six weeks to a stronger and more confident you!



Terms and Conditions

Spring Strength Programme Pass – 6 Weeks
2 March 2025 - 12 April 2026

This pass entitles the Passholder to take part in the full 6-week Spring Strength Programme, including:

Access to all live online strength classes.
Full access to the On Demand workout library for the duration of the programme.
Membership to Trainerize (our training App) for the duration of the programme.
Access to our private members' community on Facebook for the duration of the programme.

The programme runs from 2nd March 2026 to 12th April 2026. Access to both live and On Demand classes will expire after 12th April 2026.

If the programme has already started at the time of purchase, the full price still applies. The pass is not prorated.

Please note:

This pass does not include in-person Small Group Personal Training sessions, which are available to purchase separately.

The pass is non-transferable and may only be used by the named Passholder.

All purchases are non-refundable.
