What could be easier?! A recurring payment plan to pay for your weekly Personal Training sessions! This plan automatically renews and gives you 4 Personal Training sessions to use every 4 weeks. There is a 3 month initial commitment term and after this, you can cancel any time with a 7 day notice period.

NB. You can not carry sessions over into the following month; all sessions must be used within the billing period before a new allocation the following month. Sessions missed due to your holiday will need to be made up within the billing period, however, sessions missed due to any holiday I take can either be used at another time as is convenient for both parties within 2 months of the original date or given a credit(s).

This package comes with my full suite of apps, including your personalised training app logging all your workouts, goals, nutrition and more! It also gives you access to my private Facebook group - the Members Workout Lounge where there are lots of live classes to pick from to supplement your workouts with me here in the Studio or online!

Introductory Session - Personal Training 1-2-1 (90 mins)
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 30 days.
This detailed session is all about you! A 90 minute introductory session (in person or online) where we will discuss your current fitness levels, health and general wellbeing, any injuries that I need to be aware of, chat through your goals, your nutrition; the lot! I want to know everything so I can build a tailored programme for you. From here, we go through a workout where I will conduct a really relaxed movement analysis; basically see how you move, guiding you through a full body workout. We will also get a baseline in terms of weights and your strength, as well as key areas for us to work on together in your full programme.

Single Session - 1-2-1 Personal Training
Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 1 month.
This pass entitles you to a 60 minute personal training session, either here at my private studio or online. Ahead of the session itself we will discuss your objectives and goals for the session so I can design a fit for purpose programme for you. These sessions are ideal as supplementary to your own training schedule and can be used as an opportunity to review technique, get new ideas for your own workouts or simply to push you that little bit harder than you are able to push yourself!
