This is a postnatal exercise class for Mum. Baby is welcome to attend, but is not included in the class.
This class takes place at Braywick Nature Reserve. It is a bootcamp class on the move, in an effort to keep baby happy and mum time to exercise.
All abilities and fitness levels welcome and exercises can be modified to suit mum from week to week.
Class is open to mum 8 weeks post vaginal delivery and 10 weeks post c/section.
