Learn about the power of breathing and how this can be used in combination with exercises and stretches to reduce stress levels, pregnancy aches and help prepare you for your delivery. Learn about your pelvic floor, core and diaphragm, how to activate these and how these muscle groups when working well together create the basis of all movement and stability for the spine and pelvis.
