Beginners Pilates
For those new to Pilates or returning after some time. Begin to learn how to move your body in a way that makes you feel stronger, more toned and ache less. Work on creating a stronger core, helping to ease back pain and  improve posture. The class focuses on retraining your pelvic floor and deep core muscles, loosens tight and achy muscles, and providing you with a foundation to return to exercise after having a baby or injury.

    This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership.

    Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.

    This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 4 MONTHS must be purchased to receive the rate listed. Please note this is a ROLLING membership and monthly fee is calculated on the class sunning 42 weeks of the year. This is then divided into 12 equal payments over the year. Please note there is a 14 DAY CANCELLATION notice period required, once the 4 month period has come to an end.
