Online Coaching

Individualised online coaching designed around your goals, training history, lifestyle and availability.

Your programme will be delivered through TrainingPeaks and will be reviewed and adapted as your training progresses. The aim is to provide more than simply a training plan, it's about helping you make better decisions. You’ll receive ongoing coaching, accountability and adjustments based on your training, feedback (calls and session feedback) and performance.

Your Online Coaching includes:

  • Individualised training programme delivered via TrainingPeaks

  • Training structured around your goals, availability and current ability

  • Regular programme updates and progression

  • Review of completed training and relevant performance data

  • Ongoing coach support and feedback through whatsapp 

  • Guidance around pacing, intensity, recovery and preparation for key events

  • Access to relevant testing and performance data to help guide your programme

Membership Terms

Online Coaching has a minimum initial commitment of four months.

After the initial four-month period, your membership will continue on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled.

If you wish to cancel your coaching after the minimum commitment period, 30 days’ notice is required. Notice should be provided in writing by email to mattluxtonpa@gmail.com

Membership payments are collected automatically on the agreed recurring payment date (the date you start)

Your coaching programme is personal to you and cannot be transferred or shared with another person.

Training programmes and coaching recommendations are based on the information you provide. Please keep me informed of any changes to your health, injury status, medication or circumstances that may affect your ability to train safely.

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
