Who Is This For?

For those who want to get leaner, whilst becoming more mobile, over the next six weeks.

This is challenging not only on the physically but will also mentally focus you like no other workout. 

This is about unlocking the power of double kettlebell exercises.

By doubling up you increase the potential strength and size you can gain from kettlebell workouts while staying lean and athletic.

You’ll need a few pairs of kettlebells ranging from light to heavy, but be prepared to see some impressive gains in both strength and power output.

As with the previous Kettlebells foundations course, there will be education, mobility and progressive workouts as we put what you have learnt and the strength you’ve gained to the test.
