Bemused by barbells? Scared of squats? Dread deadlifts? Or just want to check your form & technique?

Strong Foundations is a 6 week course where we will demystify weightlifting, stripping it back to basics so that you can learn how to lift safely, confidently, and feel great about what your body & mind can achieve!

You will learn the importance of good technique and form, what muscles you are targeting, and how to progress with your movements (it’s not always just adding on more weight!).

Each week we will learn a new core weightlifting movement, spend time working on getting the technique right so that you can lift with confidence - then you will put your new found skills into practice with a great workout based around those lifts.

This course will be capped at 6 people to ensure that everyone gets the essential personal coaching and feedback! The Strong Foundations course is open to all abilities, ages and genders - book your place now!
