-Please ensure you use this pass to BOOK INTO A SCHEDULED CLASS! Buying this pass without booking a slot in a lesson does not reserve you a space in the lesson

-This pack of passes can be used to book into any 1hour Pole Fitness or Hoop Classes at any level.

-These passes can be used to attend Beginner Pole, Improver Pole, Inter/adv Pole, Twerk, Beginner Heels Tricks, Open Level Pole and Improv/Inter/Adv Pole and Aerial Hoop classes.

-This pass must be used within 2 months of purchasing

-5 class pack - £9.50 per class  (+£1 at CFC)

This single class pass expires in 2 months. Please ensure you use your passes within 2 months or they will expire. Classes cannot be transferred or extended. Participants are asked to contact Body Synergy on 07969261212 if they cannot avoid being late for a class. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to a class you will not be allowed to participate as it disrupts the students already present and compromises your warm up time and therefore our responsibility as a business to look after your safety. We are not able to offer refunds or transfers to an alternative class if students arrive over 15 minutes late. Class cancellations must be made with 24 hours notice and your class credit will be placed back onto your TeamUp account. Customers that cancel their session outside of the cancellation period will not receive a class credit back onto their account. As agreed in your terms and conditions, we do not offer refunds. Class credits from cancellations remain on your TeamUp account as credits and are not returned to your card or bank account.
