Cancellations must be made with 48 hours notice and your class credit will be placed back onto your TeamUp account. Customers that cancel their session outside of the cancellation period will not receive a class credit back onto their account. As agreed in your terms and conditions, we do not offer refunds. Class credits from cancellations remain on your TeamUp account as credits.
