SGPT - Mid Life STRONG

Mid Life STRONG is a small group training program designed specifically for women navigating peri‑menopause and menopause.

Hormonal changes can affect strength, bone density, energy levels, recovery, and confidence in training. This program provides structured strength training alongside expert guidance in pelvic health, recovery, and sustainable progress.

The aim is not simply to exercise — it is to help women stay strong, capable, and confident through midlife and beyond.

Who's it for:

  • Women approaching menopause

  • Women currently in menopause

  • Women returning to training who need additional support

  • Women experiencing symptoms affecting training (fatigue, joint pain, reduced strength, pelvic floor concerns)

Open to both members and non‑members.

Structure 

  • 2 sessions per week + 1 Homework Session 

  • 60 minute sessions 

  • Maximum 8 participants

  • 8 week training block

    This membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 2 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
